Do you have a passion for writing and performing? Whether you are a seasoned performer or a spoken word novice, the Westport Arts Festival and Irish literary magazine ‘Cold Coffee Stand’ invite you to join us at  Westport’s most creative and chilled music venues for an evening of spoken word performance.

No need to make any submissions in advance. Just come with your performance face. On the night we will give you a platform to perform your piece and give you a chance to win the €100 cash prize for best open performance. Submissions should run no more than 10 minutes of performance time per piece. Depending on demand performers can deliver up to two performances on the night.
