Great Greenway Cycle 2014

Cycle the Great Western Greenway Trail with Christian Aid.
Join in on the world renowned scenic trail in the west of Ireland. Explore, have fun and raise funds to help fight global poverty.

Location: Great Western Greenway Trail, Newport, County Mayo
Distance: 31km/ 20miles cycle route from Newport to Achill
Registration fee: €30 /£30 (adult); €60 /£60 (family of 4); €10 /£10 (child)
The Cycle
Help fight poverty by taking part in Christian Aid’s Great Western Greenway Charity Cycle. The family friendly route follows the cycle trail of the Great Western Greenway, in beautiful County Mayo.
The Nephin Beg Mountains and Clew Bay scenery make this one of the most beautiful cycle trails in Ireland.
Half way through there will be a rest stop at Mulranny (approximately 2pm) and the cycle will finish at Achill at 4pm, where there will be a reception and light refreshments for all cyclists.
All participants will be provided with Christian Aid T-shirts to wear on the day, sponsorship forms, water and back-up support on the day.
