Culture Night in Westport

Culture is catching and on Fri Sep 21st 2018 venues across Westport will be opening their doors later than usual to host a programme of free late-night entertainment, as part of an all-island celebration of arts, heritage and culture. Join in the celebrations and see how many you can take in on the night!
Green Fuse Gallery
Green Fuse is a fine art gallery in the West of Ireland that features the work of artists based in or influenced by, this very particular place and context.
On Culture Night Green Fuse presents A mixed group exhibition of contemporary Irish Art.
Please join us for a chat and a glass of wine, all are welcome!

Absolute Pottery, Westport
Irish artist based in the West of Ireland, Roger Harley creates robust functional ceramics as well as striking one-off pieces. A great colourist, he is influenced by Eastern and African art resulting in simple forms with an almost tribal contemporary feel.
On Culture night join Roger Harley in his studio on Quay Hill, Westport for Pottery Demonstrations and an exclusive insight into the pottery process.
