Two members of contemporary Irish trad band Boxing Banjo, Joseph McNulty and Seán O’Meara, will perform in the famous but intimate venue that is Matt Molloy’s on Bridge Street on Thursday, September 13.

Mayo man Joseph McNulty is an accomplished fiddle, bodhrán and guitar player. The five-times All-Ireland champion musician also holds four world titles for bodhrán playing. He has toured extensively in Europe and the US and has recorded with some of the country’s top musicians, including Shane McGowan, Arty McGlynn, Donal Lunny, David Munnelly, and Matt Molloy himself.

Seán O’Meara is one of the most dynamic, versatile and exciting guitarists on the Irish music scene. Seán has considerable international touring experience and has performed and toured with various productions and artists including David Gray and The Olllam.
